Romance week comes early!

ROMANCE - To court or woo romantically; treat with ardor or chivalrousness; a strong fascination or enthusiasm for something. [This is a short break in community week, which starts here. Come back Tuesday when Romance week really gets started!]

Welcome Magic Carpet Riders! Looking for my One World One Heart Giveaway?
Click here to go to my open house post and the giveaway!

I suppose there are couple of reasons to start romance week early. First of all, Valentines Day is on Sunday, which officially is still part of community week but let us just consider it the Romance week kick off shall we?? Although I won't really get to posting in earnest about romance until after Monday when we conclude our fabulous Magic Carpet Ride.

Are you ready for Valentines Day? I know it is a bit of a Hallmark holiday but fun can be had so check out this idea and tip post from my last romance week  if you would like to amp up the game in your house!

The real reason, however, that I am starting romance week early is to announce a small break in my blogging regularity because of my sweetie Rob's own romantic fun. For those of you who have been following me regularly, you know that I try to post at least 6 times during each week and many times I actually post 7 or even more times. I haven't pledged to blog everyday but I sort of do that anyway so when I have to be away I feel like I may be letting you all down. It also means community week will complete with a bit of a whimper rather then the crescendo for which I was going.

The reason for my break is that I am being whisked away from my computer and home for an as of yet undisclosed long weekend getaway. We've (Jessie and I)  been told to be ready today at noon and to pack a bathing suit AND a parka so I think possibly Lake Tahoe is the destination but I really don't know for sure. For those of you new to Rob's and my Romance, when we were dating, one 4th of July weekend, Rob told me to pack a bathing suit and a dress and to meet him at the airport. He totally surprised me with a trip to Hawaii and to this day he  likes to surprise me and now Jessie too with little vacations. It is a total blast. He is such a sweetie! If you are interested you can see 101 more reasons why I love him here.

If you haven't already entered my giveaway please make sure you do so by Sunday the 14th at 10:00pm pacific time.  Remember, leave a comment for one chance, become a fan (on Facebook) for one more chance and  become a follower and get one more chance! That is three possible chances for all four giveaways  -- that is 12 chances in all!!! I'll be back on Monday to announce the winners!
