The Present of Serenity

SERENITY - the state or quality of being serene, calm, or tranquil; composure, peacefulness, peace. [Serenity week begins here.]

Congratulations Danielle of My Life in Jenga!
You are the winner of my impromptu Serenity Week Giveaway!

I found this image over on the blog  Baby Riley - Our Miracle Baby
with the caption "Will we ever feel the same..."  INDEED!

This is going to be a simple short post! I am giving myself a 5 out of 10 on my 10 point scale this week. Not my best score in the game to date but that is ok. I'm also awarding 2 Bliss boosts because although it took smashing my toe to get me to slow down I feel like the lesson IS ingrained enough to continue on!

I'm always a little sad when Serenity week is winding down. Somehow, I know that without the specific concentration I will let some of it's bliss fade. I am hopeful this time however, that I will at least continue my mornings of solitude. Just a few slow breaths can make all the difference in starting the day!

Thanks again to Amber for her inspired Soulful Serenity guest post. The mindfulness you shared will stay with me!

Have you also embraced the Present of Serenity?

Next Post - Inquiry week gets started!
